Western Claims was founded in 1976. Since then, we have maintained our commitment to provide professional and cost-effective claim services to the insurance industry. We enjoy many long-term relationships with carriers by employing trained personnel with outstanding reputations and backgrounds. Our company has the ability to handle small losses and task assignments, as well as larger, more complicated assignments.

Our adjusters are familiar with Oklahoma's insurance laws and industry customs. We also serve neighboring states, including Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri. We currently have employed eight adjusters with combined experience exceeding 150 years.

Western Claims was organized in 1976. A desire to provide working conditions that were acceptable to the employees and to supply a professional adjustment company for the insurance industry's need was our goal.
We wanted to earn the confidence of the insurance industry.
Western Claims has become a dependable and experienced organization in nearly all lines of loss and claim handling. We are a growing small business that can provide service when you need it. We have the flexibility to fit your standards.
We are committed to representing your interest in an equitable manner. We are striving to be a positive force in creating a suitable image of the industry.
Western Claims is solely owned by the individuals working for the Company. Our strength is in all employees handling losses and claims. We are maintaining an experienced staff and will handle a volume of business that is compatible with our manpower. We will not be reluctant to return assignments that we cannot serve because of workload or lack of knowledge.
We operate by a management team concept. We believe that a service business must produce a profit or it cannot provide a service. We will provide a professional product at a competitive price.
Our "customers" now consist of approximately 100 companies. We are handling all lines of business including property claims, auto liability, general liability, workers compensation, bonds, heavy equipment, aircraft, time element, products liability, marine, flood, damage appraisals, and value appraisals. We handle large losses and claims, as well as small ones.
We are a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters.
