Our office can handle your claims for anything farming or agricultural related, such as property, structures, animals, and livestock.

Additionally, we are ready to provide catastrophe relief when your company is in need of it. We'll work a catastrophe situation at any location throughout Oklahoma. Our catastrophe office will be supervised by one of our permanently employed adjusters.

During the catastrophe season, we recognize an obligation to the industry that supports us in normal times. We will do our best to provide relief; however, we will remain with our philosophy that if we are unable to provide adequate service, you will be informed of our workload and requested to seek other assistance if you desire. If you are willing to bear with us during times of overload, we will recapture acceptable service within a reasonable time.

Special lines of catastrophe losses may require a deviation from our regular billing schedule.

At Western Claims, we complete in-house auto accident appraisals by our own staffers. We can also handle auto liability investigation, appraisal, and scene investigation. Using our drones, we can capture the details of a wreckage during our scene investigation.

We've been approved to handle flood claims under the present system. Various adjusters from Western Claims have handled this special line since the inception of the National Flood Insurance Act.

The founding of Western Claims was based on the handling of property losses. Our adjusters have over 150 years of combined experience when it comes to insurance claim handling. We offer appraisals on property damage as part of our suite of services. Our appraisal will be an estimate approved by the owner and the appraiser. These appraisals are based on a "block bill" basis. Please note that we do not offer automobile appraisals.

We maintain a separate casualty department that handles all casualty claims, including workers compensation, bonds, auto liability, general liability, medical malpractice, and product liability. This department was added to our services in 1977.

Our team can provide you with an underwriting service that reflects the insurable replacement value and the insurable actual cash value. We complete value appraisals by contract or on a time and expense basis.

Bonds are handled by one of our adjusters who has broad experience in the specified field of surety and fidelity bonds. He previously was the senior surety claims analyst for a bonding company.
